Conditions for Cancellation

At any time, the traveler can cancel his or her booking in written form (email or fax). However, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

until 45 days before beginning of travel: 15 % of total

44 - 31 days before beginning of travel: 20 % of total

30 - 21 days before beginning of travel: 30 % of total

20 - 14 days before beginning of travel: 50 % of total

13 - 7 days before beginning of travel: 75 % of total

6 -1 day before beginning of travel: 85 % of total

No show: 100% of total
